The foot steps get closer,louder.Another twig snaps. Then I'm off, with a big monster chasing me!I'm sprinting for life.I shoot past trees, the monster stands on them I don't dare to look back!But I can feel the wind on my fur. Now I know that he, she, IT'S on my tail!I run faster just getting that slightly more away from that thing but it's no use, I'm not going to make it. I stopped and turned around to find out what it was before it kills me.It's huge!Big claws, big feet, big TEETH!I go to roar help, but suddenly I wake up to find myself lying on a rock in the hot summer sun.
"Phew!" it was all a dream. I got up and walked over to the long grass and there I wait, wait for another victim to come walking along towards me...

On the 22 of February 2011 a deadly earthquake struck Canterbury.It ruined lots of homes,hearts and lives.People's homes were destroyed by this big disaster that happened at nine minutes to 1.00 [12.51].Jordan,Ebony,Brit and Rebecca helped raise $315.70 by selling water melons. Over 200 water melons were sold to benefit the survivors of the quake.Thanks to you - our East Gore School community for supporting this worthy cause (-:
SPORTS DAY!!

On an extraordinary windy Wednesday on the 2nd of March 2011 East Gore School had their Sports Day. I loved the running it was my most favourite activity. I achieved well at my running and came first in my 100 meters and 60 meters. That made me feel happy and I had butterflies in my stomach.

On the 2nd of March it was East Gore Schools athletic sports day.
It was awesome! My favourite event was the house relay. We did long jump, high jump, shot put and discus. It was funny when Mr Sutherlands hat flew away.

The story Dog Breath written by Dan Pilkey. This is a book about a dog called Hally Tosis that has a BIG problem...
Smelly breath! One day Mr and Mr mrs Tosis get fed up with her horrible breath and they decide to get rid of her, but they don't know that a miracle awaits them.
I would recommend this book for a younger reader as it is a picture book, but who's to say what age you have to be to read any kind of book. You can find this book in the P section of the scool library.

I'm up to sink the Gizmo.
My favourite is the Gizmo.
In the Gizmo this kid steals the Gizmo and it starts changing his clothes around with other people.
The main characters in the Gizmo are Nick/Nicks gang and the thieve.
If I was to rate this book I would rate it 10/10.
